Content may be streamed on Windows or Adobe Flash platforms.
Streaming offer applies only to on-demand streamed content; does not include live streamed content.
Offer cannot be added to existing contracts; must be a new contract. Contract must be signed by July 31, 2008.Offer is not transferrable to other Level 3 services and there is no cash value or credit associated.
Terms: Customer Order has a 13-month Service Term. During the Service Term, Customer commits to utilize a minimum of $5000 per month of Level 3 On Demand Streaming Service (“Streaming Commitment”), provided however, Customer will not be obligated to maintain the Streaming Commitment during the first month of the Service Term (“First Month”) and Level 3 will provide Level 3 On Demand Streaming to Customer at no charge during the First Month for all usage less than 500,000 Gigabytes (“Threshold”). Usage in excess of the Threshold will be billed at the rates set forth in the contract. The parties acknowledge Level 3 will waive the activation fee ($1500 value) associate with this Customer Order
